My Story: The Leap, from Corporate to Coaching for Life
In 2014 I swapped London’s corporate track for Ibiza: no job, no home, no network.
Seasons at sea on cruise ships, working with a crew from more than 60 nationalities, taught me that change often starts with one honest conversation.
My approach combines the ICF Code of Ethics with two decades of global leadership, where I helped improve team engagement and reduce turnover.
Today I help professionals like you leap further without losing what you have earned, grounding every session in presence, purpose, and possibility.
I'm also honoured to serve as an instructor on the ICF-accredited Certified Coaching Professional programme at Well College Global, supporting the next generation of coaches.

How I Work

All prices are in EUR (€), excluding VAT.
VAT (21%) is added where required.
EU businesses with a valid VAT number may use reverse charge.
Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer.
Refund policy: if you decide not to continue after the first session, I refund any unused sessions.
All coaching is conducted virtually. Based in Spain. Coaching clients globally.

I support senior managers, directors, and executives with leadership development, especially in the first 90 days of a new role, relocation, or major change. Typical focus includes board updates, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making. What you can expect: clear goals, a 90-day plan, and simple updates agreed in advance. Billing: company invoices, VAT applied where required.
